    There is ongoing construction in the west-central section of the resort, as well as occasional interior renovations in nearby units. Work is permitted between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, so some daytime noise is possible. We want to be fully transparent about this, and pricing has been adjusted to reflect the potential for daytime disruption.
    
    Additionally, covered parking is not yet available. Guest parking is currently provided in a designated unpaved area near the main boulevard, just outside the resort entrance.
